Twin Tier Hospitality LLC is a hotel management company located in Sayre, northeastern Pennsylvania. Twin Tier manages thirteen hotels in the states of New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Ohio. It has over 1500 rooms in its inventory, 400 associates and $45 million in annual revenue.
